Here's everything you need to know about Schitterend, before you buy your golden jewelry:

Why Lab-grown diamonds?

Because lab production skips heavy mining, lab-grown diamonds typically cost 60% to 80% less, allowing you to get a larger or higher-quality stone for your budget. Our standard collections are made with lab-grown diamonds. At request we can use a natural diamond.

Is there free resizing?

At Schitterend we offer one free resizing up to two sizes. Why two sizes? Because going up means you'll need more gold to manufacture. It's as simple as that.

Can I return my product?

The jewelry can only be returned within 48 hours of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect.

Will my product be send safely?

We ship all our jewelry via Mikropakket. This is a secure shipping service that costs €25 and will only deliver the package to the person whose name is listed on the package, following an ID check.

Can I also pick up my product?

Yes you can. If that's more suitable for you, you can send us a message and we'll talk you through.

How do you know the diamond is real?

Every diamond gets a certificate, this will be delivered with the jewelry and will be send to you by email.

Can I send in my ring for maintenance?

At Schitterend, we offer one free “maintenance” service, one year after purchase. This includes polishing and gemstone care. Shipping costs are not included and must be paid by the customer. If so, please contact us at info@schitterend.be.
